The RACO MA series electric actuator is a flexible modular system allowing you to use specific requirements for your application. The MA actuator system can accommodate almost any drive configuration, and allow for use of any electric motor. These motors include: The standard RACO motor, common AC or DC gear-motors, and new generation high performance Servo motors.
Whatever your application requirements, Raco International can offer the RACO self-locking acme screw for robust applications, or the precision of the RACO ball screw system. Each system is designed and engineered with durability, and repeatability as their defining concepts.
The RACO Compact series electric linear actuator has almost the same performance data as the MA series actuator, however the actuator has the smallest stroke to overall length relationship, short overall dimensions and a very compact and economical design. It is engineered for lighter duty applications, compared to the extreme heavy duty RACO MA actuator. It has a flexible modular design, which allows you to customize the actuators to the application requirements. The Compact Actuator family is available with a wide variety of drives such as the standard RACO motor, AC or DC gear motors and high performance Servo motors.
RACO ACME screws consist of a whirled or optionally ground screw in combination with a threaded nut made of special bronze. Depending on the choice of screw geometry and the drive, self-locking at standstill is achieved for this design. We manufacture your customized ACME threaded screw, multi-lead ACME threaded screw, and threaded nuts according to a drawing.
