The SIMO UG Series Linear Actuator offers a versatile, flexible, and affordable solution for design engineers. Its versatile design accommodates multiple application needs within a single platform, while consistent geometry enables interchangeable options. Affordable precision is achieved with SIMO-qualified rails, featuring low-profile or tall versions for tight spaces or enhanced structural integrity, machined with six times less bow, two times less twist, and two times better flatness at extrusion prices. Choose from two bearing tribologies—self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® for contaminated environments or V-wheel roller bearings for high-speed applications—and two drive types: lead screw with machined or anti-backlash nut, and two belt drive versions.
PS and PSF Series Plain Linear Sleeve Bearings from PBC Linear® deliver a robust, high-performance solution for linear and rotary motion applications in automation, industrial, and medical systems, combining durability, precision, and low maintenance. Featuring a sturdy aluminum body (with optional stainless steel for corrosion resistance) and a bonded, self-lubricating Frelon® liner—standard FrelonGOLD® for general use, Frelon® J for corrosive chemical resistance, or Frelon® W for FDA-compliant applications—these sleeve bearings ensure oil-free operation, extended longevity, and vibration damping for smooth, quiet performance across a temperature range of -240°C to 204°C (-400°F to 400°F). Available in inch (3/16” to 4”), ISO metric (5mm to 80mm), and JIS sizes, they support static load capacities up to 166,000 lb (740 kN) and maximum speeds up to 8 m/s (315 in/s).
